Choke valves, which are ideally suited for a broad range of choke Wellheads, production manifolds, choke and kill manifolds, well testing and clean-up operations.
The adjustable choke valve can be divided into 4 types according to adjustable ways, needle type (H2), barrel adjustable, wedge adjustable and orifice-plate adjustable.
The positive choke valve is employed on Christmas trees and wellheads and designed for flow control. In order to control flow rate, the positive choke valve uses flow beans in different orifice diameters that can be changed to adjust the effective area available for the flow.The valve needle and valve plug are made of hard alloy and holding some features, abrasion resistant, washing resistant and corrosion resistant.
