Technical Features

The product is made of high strength alloy steel and heat treatment, so it has the advantages of long service and can ensure the rated working pressure, the elbow is equipped with steel ball in quenched track, therefore it can rotate flexibly. The ends of elbow not only can use LP box connection but also union connection; it is suitable for installment in different kinds of pipelines.

The structure of long radius can minimize the corrosion of medium flow; the first layer sealing is synthetic with the BOP ring of binder metal, if the sealing appears exudation, the Grease check ring of pressure reduction automatic will prevent the pressure from accumulating in the raceway. Streamlined bore minimizes flow resistance, the diameter is designed as gradual circle which will turbulent flow and pressure drop, semi major axis movable elbow can gain better liquidity. All ball grooves are under the treatment of quenching and carburization. Both ball groove and steel ball are immune to pipeline fluid within the entire rated pressure and inhalation work service by the production of tightness and pressure resistance.
